Full time Financial Controller needed in Shenzhen
This job is a full-time position.
Premium Sound Solutions, founded by Philips, was acquisited by D&M (Denon & Marantz) on January 2007. Under D&M, world famous brands are Denon, Marantz, McIntosh, Boston, Snell, Escient, Replay TV.
Responsibilities
1. Take charge of both F&A Department and IT Department
2. Have overall responsibility for the finance, accounting, reporting, budgeting, tax planning, cash management, and internal control functions
3. Lead timely m/e closing and year-end closing and review monthly financial reports and analysis for both HK and PRC legal entities
4. Implement ICS and conduct internal audit once a year to assist other functional departments to improve internal control procedures and solve problems from financial point of view
5. Be responsible for AOP and rolling forecast preparation
6. Identify opportunities to enhance profitability and minimize business risk
7. Keep management informed of all important financial issues and ensure compliance with all applicable governmental statutes and regulations
8. Provide input and advice to management on financial decisions
9. Play a key role in terms of communication and coordination across sites located in Europe and US, and various functional departments in APAC
10.Liaise external auditors for interim and annual audit purpose, maintain good relationship with government departments in PRC
11.Coach and train my team members to help them polish their exposures in both areas of technical knowledge and personal soft skills.
Qualifications
1. certified CPA / ACCA / CICPA
2. fluent English
3. over 5 years Finance function head positions.
